There’s something special about a Texas wedding, especially when it takes place on a private ranch in the heart of Hill County. This past weekend, Josh & Elena tied the knot in a celebration that was equal parts elegant, laid-back, and quintessentially Texan. Guests were welcomed to the celebration with a pre-wedding picnic, where they sipped on chilled Prosecco under the sprawling Texas sky. As they gathered on blankets and picnic tables, laughter filled the air, setting the perfect tone for the night ahead.

When it came time to celebrate, we made sure the drinks flowed as smoothly as the night itself. The couple chose two signature cocktails that highlighted true Texas flavors:
Her’s: Ranch Water (Casamigos Tequila, soda, lime + dehydrated lime garnish)
His: River Rita (Desert Door Sotol, lime, peach, agave & tajin rim)
Both drinks were a hit, embodying the rugged elegance of the Lone Star State while keeping guests cool and refreshed.
Full Bar Offerings for Every Taste
Beyond the signature drinks, our bar featured a stellar lineup of spirits: Tito’s Vodka, Bulleit Rye, Espolon Tequila, Casamigos Tequila, Desert Door Sotol.
For beer lovers, we kept it local with a selection from Zilker Brewing: Icy Boys, Parks n Rec Pale Ale & Heavenly Daze IPA.
For those who preferred wine or something bubbly, we offered: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco & Canned Rosé.
And, for a little extra fizz and fun, we stocked a variety of Mighty Swell Hard Seltzers.
A Night Under the Stars
As the evening progressed, guests danced under a canopy of twinkling lights and Texas stars. With a campout to follow, the celebration carried on late into the night, with stories, music, and plenty of toasts to the newlyweds.
