A quote from Drink Slingers is both a proposal and a living document that will grow and change throughout the life cycle of your event. Your proposal has some standard information about your event –date, bar service time, number of guests and location– as well as an estimated summary of charges. 

Your proposal is a web-based portal that you always have access to. Inside this portal you are able to see the estimated summary of charges, complete with clickable line items for full details about these charges. For further transparency, you are able to view all of the information that we gather along the way about your event - from what cocktails you’d like for us to serve to who is bringing the ice, all the way to your color scheme and linen preference. You can make payments and check balances and see us filling in the “blanks” of the portal as we customize it with you, giving you up-close access on how we plan for your event. It’s 100% personalized, tailored to you and your specific event, and we remain in full communication with you throughout the process.

We work meticulously behind the scenes to execute your event from initial proposal to the final wrap, which takes time, planning power and resources. We also hire top notch bartenders and pay them a living wage. It is because of our thorough attention to detail and our dedication to our staff that we are not, and will never be, the cheap solution to your bar service needs. And we are okay with that because we don’t want to be.
