With over 20 years of service, Doryan has worked just about every job possible in the industry. His favorite place, though, is behind the bar, making sure people thoroughly enjoy the food and drink pairings he loves to share. His favorite sipper is whiskey, and while he enjoys them all, the ones from the British Isles hold the key to his palette. A solid infusion of smoke and peat just can't be beat! When he's not delivering delicious libations, he spends his time creating amazing meals and cocktail recipes for weddings, events, and cooking classes through his own catering and baked goods companies.

When not behind the bar or in the kitchen, Doryan is happiest in the limelight of the stage. An accomplished musician, actor, and producer, he has been involved in many musical projects, rock operas, burlesque shows, and theatrical productions. His monthly salon nights give him the opportunity to try out new drink and food recipes, while getting some solid stage time. He is also passionate about giving back to the community, as many of his productions have benefitted local charities and excess catering meals go to local shelters. He is always looking for more opportunities to meet the needs of Texans hungry for great food, fabulous music, shiny pants, and community building. Finally, if you're in a pinch at your wedding because the priest didn't show, he's an ordained minister to boot!
