For nearly 20 years Ace has worked various types of bars in high volume, service and those in between. Most notably was his tenure as Head Bartender at Peche on 2nd street. During that time Ace was selected “Best Mixologist” in the 2011 Austin Chronicle Readers Poll.
He has also participated in several cocktail competitions where he made the second best Woodford Manhattan in Texas. And just as notably, Titos and Michael Collins have used Ace’s recipes for their drinks.
