You give us your event information (through the contact form here) and we will send you a quote, which is customizable based upon your needs. Once we've confirmed a booking with you, we will make an appointment to either meet you in person or chat on the phone. This ensures that we will be able to get to know you a little better, and gain further understanding of the event you are hosting.

After our chat, which may include some suggestions for signature cocktails and a discussion about ice (which we can bring), we will send you a personalized shopping list with accurate quantities of everything you will need to buy, so that you don't have to guess! We will also make a personalized menu for the bar!

On the day of the event, our bartenders will arrive early for set up, so that when your first guest arrives, the bar is ready to serve! We’ll bring a FREE portable bar and all extras needed to make a self- sustaining bar.

During the event, if the bar slows down, our bartenders will do a sweep of the room to remove used glasses, plates and even take drinks orders!

Drink Slingers has tended bar in venues all around Austin, including Vuka, Stonehouse Villa, Terradorna, The Blanton Museum of Art, Mercury Hall, Zilker Clubhouse, Game Plan Arcade, Umlauf Sculpture Garden, The Sanctuary Event Space, Phillips Event Center, Backstage at Moody Theater, The Jewish Community Center, Chapel Dulcinea, Red Corral Ranch, Mckinney Roughs Nature Preserve, The Reserve at Lake Travis, La Ventana, Ma Maison, Camp Ben McCulloch, and numerous corporate offices downtown.
